|Duties:||The Administrative Assistant will be primarily responsible for performing administrative duties in support of the Vice President and other department directors. |
Administrative responsibilities include answering switchboard, organizing meetings, assisting with proposal and contract preparation; demonstrates the ability to conserve executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications; maintaining project descriptions and resumes, as well as knowledge of project budgets and control of expenditures accordingly; maintaining contact databases; as well as assisting with event coordination; office invoices and billings; and general office support.
|Qualifications:||High School graduate with 2-5 years of experience providing administrative support. Preferably with services oriented firm.|
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, CRM and Outlook. InDesign software experience is highly desirable.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Well-developed interpersonal, customer service and organizational skills.
Must be able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
